3 sprigs fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 large eggs
2 medium carrots, diced
2 sprigs rosemary, finely chopped

8 ounces|227 grams duck baconHeat the oven to 375°F. In a large aluminum tray (about 9-inch-by-13-inch), mix everything except for the duck bacon together.
