Watch Donald Glover Snap and Chat Through His Cover of Tamia’s “So Into You”

A grizzly Donald Glover visited a Australian radio station recently to perform Tamia’s “So Into You” and the resulting video will have make your spirit sing. One part T-Pain Tiny Desk concert, one part How To Dress Well live performance, Glover works with a band to bring life into the thankfully Fabolous-less version of the 1998 song, complete with a jazzy guitar solo.

Crooning in a controlled falsetto, Glover snaps along to the beat with his eyes shut over airy piano as he channels the Canadian R&B singer. That’s right, Tamia is Canadian. I bet you didn’t know that, mostly because I myself just learned it while researching facts to write about Tamia. Apparently her daughter’s names are Myla Grace and Lael Rose, which are nice names and good facts. But not as good as the fact that Tamia is Canadian.
