“Beautiful” is one of Donald Trump’s favorite adjectives. As of this writing, he’s used it in 306 tweets since he joined Twitter 9 years ago, and he’s said it in almost 700 clips on cable news since 2010. Trump gets the most out of the word, using it to describe a wide variety of people, places, things, and situations, including chocolate cake, sleeping gas, Confederate statues, his daughter, and his own temperament. And it often comes with a signature beautiful gesture.
