Watch Matty Matheson Make Spicy Pickled Jalapeño Queso

Plus homemade tortilla chips that even he knows you'll probably buy from the store anyway.

On this week’s episode of IT’S SUPPERTIME! with Matty Matheson, we apologize in advance to our lactose-intolerant viewers. Because Matty’s homemade queso looks so good, you’ll want to lick your TV screen. Which you wouldn’t even have to take a Lactaid pill for, so maybe we take that apology back. Earlier in this episode, Matty shows us how to make Buffalo chicken wings, too, so if you’ve already got the oil hot on the stove, you might as well fry up some fresh corn tortillas into chips while you’re at it. But otherwise, Matty gives you permission to go with the store-bought kind. “Maybe people will do that like once,” he says. “It’s kind of a ball-ache.” We’ll take your word for it, Matty.
