First off—no love for Calvin Harris—sorry Calvs. The bit where your tinny synths ramp up the chorus is pretty thumbs down. The best portion of this song is 100 percent the verse with its guitars faintly reminiscent of “Comfortably Numb” and/or “Edge of Seventeen”-chug by Stevie Nicks.
But there are lots of great things about this video: Haim’s Elvira-meets-Lykke Li attire, the bunny baby Haim gets to stroke, the hair tossing, the clearly fake forest. Are the sisters only ever shot back-to-back these days? Remember the peerless video for “If I Could Change Your Mind”? Well that really nailed it, nevertheless, any bit of Haim on the regular is welcome. For the record, they’re definitely not praying to God. There’s for sure some Craft shit going on here. Now where’s Fairuza?

Kim Taylor Bennett loves Haim, clearly. She’s on Twitter.
