Everybody dies, but not everybody gets their grimey zombie corpse visualized by illustrator and director Richie Velasquez, a.k.a. Dela Deso. Throughout October, he’s sprinkled his ick-static portrayals of celebrities and models like Fred Armisen and Justene Jaro with spookier fare. Using the hashtag #31DaysOfGrime, Dela Deso melts the skin of Siouxsie Sioux, Frank-N-Furter, Michael Jackson, Patrick Bateman, the creepy twins from The Shining, Wednesday Addams, Beetlejuice, IT, Chuckie, and more. Under his care, these horror icons from the last few decades aren’t just creepy, they’re grimey.
