DJ Khaled Narrowly Beats Calvin Harris for Number One Album in the Country

Despite earning his highest charting album yet, Calvin Harris missed the number one spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart. That distinction goes to DJ Khaled’s album Grateful, which took the number one spot for the second week in a row.

According to Billboard, Grateful sold 70,000 equivalent album units, down 53% from the week before, according to Nielsen Music. Of that number, 16,000 were in traditional album sales.

Harris, who released his new album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1, took the number two spot, selling a total of 68,000 equivalent album the units. Of that number, 23,000 were in traditional album sales. Prior to his latest album, Harris peaked at number five on the Billboard 200 album chart with his 2014 album, Motion.
