You don’t need to hear it from your mama to know that getting a tattoo of your favorite celebrity is generally a bad idea. This is not limited to EDM tats (the Drake girl comes to mind first). But for some reason, EDM fans are particularly excited at the idea of becoming walking, talking human ad campaigns for their DJ idols.
It’s not like they’re tattooing porn site URLs on their face or anything, but at least that guy got a few racks for it. Anyways, we were bored yesterday so we decidest to round up some of the bootleggiest and best of the Internet’s EDM tattoos. Dig in.

THE TIESTO TATTOO GUY
In addition to having the signatures of all the “Forbes Top Ten Highest Paid DJs” tattooed in various spots, the “Tiësto Tattoo Guy” has a full back tat that features Tiësto’s name twice. Tiësto encourages his fans to tattoo his name on them, often shouting them out on Twitter.
FESTIVAL FLYER INK
Homie is a walking flyer for Ultra Miami. He’s even got all three logos of the individual artists behind Swedish House Mafia. Too bad it doesn’t guarantee entry for life.

You know how some people keep their wristbands on way too long? Well this guy will take his Armin Van Buuren band to the grave.

The flyer guy isn’t a real fan of The Mafia. THIS guy has all of their faces on his lower back.

THE LIKENESS OF SKRILLEX
The Skrillex tats seem to be the wildest. You’ve got people inking his name on their fingers and chest, others cutting his name into their arm, and his-and-her tattoos. But this one fan went the farthest and got his face done on his leg, iconic ‘do and all.
BASSNECTAR X 2
The Bassnectar logo is admittedly kinda tight. Even the Tiësto bird isn’t that bad. Whether or not getting them tattooed on your body is a good idea is up for some kind of debate. Getting Bassnectar’s name AND logo and a pentagram and some other stuff is definitely not.
DAFT PUNK INSPIRES
Being negative all the time can get tiring. Thankfully some of the prolific Daft Punk ink out there is occasionally redeeming. These bold helmets among them.
KASKADE’S “ANGEL” BEYOND SHOULDERS
Kaskade quote tattoos are everywhere, the most common being “Angel on my shoulder” being inked on the, uh, shoulder. This girl starts with the shoulder and never stops. She can go 16 bars with the best of em.
