As of Sept. 1, U.S. citizens can no longer travel to North Korea – indefinitely. This travel ban was passed by the Trump administration after the death of American student Otto Warmbier, who was arrested for an attempt to steal a propaganda poster. Warmbier died shortly after being released from North Korean prison.
VICE News followed the journey of Norbert Figueroa, one of the last American tourists to enter North Korea before the ban went into effect.
