Management for the beloved London nightclub Studio 338 announced today that it would reopen this summer after being destroyed in a fire last August. The relaunched venue will arrive with a new outdoor garden space, and is set to have its opening party on June 3, according to a post by the club on Facebook.
Studio 338 will be ringing in the summertime with a series of limited capacity daytime parties in the garden, which will be announced this Friday. “It’s been a hard road back but we are delighted at last to let you know that we will dance again together this Summer,” said the club’s management.

An employee of the club, Tomas Ceidukas, died from burns injuries following the fire at the club on August 8. Studio 338 set up a JustGiving page to pay for Ceidukas’ memorial and to support his family, and it surpassed its £5,000 goal by raising a total of £9,741.
On September 17, London promoters Sankeys threw a party to raise funds for Studio 338’s reopening and for Ceidukas’ family, featuring sets from Alexis Raphael, Anek, and Jozef K.
The same month that Studio 338 burned down, the team behind the club announced a new 500-capacity venue in East London called The Bridge, which had its official opening in November. That club is now known as Bow Bridge London.
