It’s officially spring, which means that we’re one step closer to summer, which means that you have a perfectly reasonable excuse for making super-refreshing cocktails.
Time to whip out the coconut water, vanilla beans, white rum, and limes and make a balanced, refreshing granita that will make you forget how dark and brutal this winter was (at least for those of us living in the Northeast).
