Cardale Jones, a college-aged human being with a brain and opinions and stuff, went on Twitter earlier today and tweeted a fairly innocuous statement on #BlackLivesMatter vs. #AllLivesMatter. An Ohio State fan responded to him saying, essentially, to stick to sports not “this bullshit.” That fan has since deleted his entire Twitter account because Jones responded to him and set him on fire.
That is a clinical ownage, but, also, what the fuck is this dude’s deal? “Stay out of this bullshit.” Strong words, I wonder what his thoughts are on the matter? He’s probably just a guy who is super into his Buckeyes and doesn’t care about race, right? It wasn’t #AllLivesMatter that got him all riled up, he was just looking out for his team.

Oh. Good stuff, man. Good stuff.
As if the race stuff weren’t mouth-breathing enough, we’ve still got the brilliance of “Worry about getting us fans another championship.” Can you ever imagine a time in your life when you would say something like that to someone? Why are sports fans like this? Why do they think the sports they watch are actually video games played by hyper-realistic representations of human life and not actually, you know, people doing athletic stuff? How dare you have an opinion on the news of our time! You’re just supposed to make me feel happy about the school I have an unhealthy amount of pride in based solely on football!
This happens in pro sports, too, but there is something hilarious about a fan telling college “students” not to pay attention to the news. What are the chances this guy thinks Cardale Jones shouldn’t get paid for playing football at Ohio State because he’s getting a “free education”?
