U.S. President Donald Trump delivered a 40-minute speech before the United Nations Tuesday, lambasting many of the international institution’s principal ideas and threatening to “totally destroy” North Korea and its leader, Kim Jong Un, whom he referred to as “Rocket Man.”

White House Chief of Staff John Kelly was also present.
