Here’s the Phase 1 Lineup for Minimal Effort’s NYE in LA

With another solstice comes another edition of Minimal Effort, the house and techno bacchanal that launched nearly a year ago in Downtown Los Angeles. Their 2016 New Years’ blowout is going to light up the elegant Belasco Theater, and today, the crew has shared the first grip of artists who will be gracing the lineup. Top billing goes to Ultramajic man Jimmy Edgar, whose silky smooth Shine EP dropped in September. He’ll be playing in the main theater alongside label mate Danny Daze and the Dirtybird dark horse J. Phlip.

The Get Physical duo andhim will head over from Germany to take charge of the Superfriends Ballroom stage, flanked by H.O.S.H. and Marques Wyatt. The basement goes to Fur Coat, Louie Fresco, and Droog.
