A suspected chemical attack allegedly carried out by Syrian government jets struck a rebel-held Syrian town Tuesday. The London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and health officials in Idlib province say at least 58 people were killed, including 11 children, and 300 were injured.Syrian and Russian military sources denied any involvement. In response to the attack, French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault requested an emergency U.N. Security Council meeting.
