Total time: 7 minutes2 ounces|60 ml lemongrass Shochu
1 ¼ ounces|35 ml peach shrub
½ ounce|14 ml fresh lime juice
1 large egg white
soda water
red shiso, to garnishPlace the Shochu, shrub, lime juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously until frothy. Add ice and shake until the shaker is really fucking cold.
