Like Lo-Fi Indie? Love HOMESHAKE’s “Cash Is Money”

HOMESHAKE we premiered the glitchy, VHS-y video for “Don’t Try.”

His new tune, “Cash Is Money,” is a bit more high def. Lifted from his forthcoming album, In The Shower (out 10/7 on Sinderlyn), HOMESHAKE combines feathery harmonies, nimble bass noodling, and a whole solo by a steadily deflating balloon. OK, that’s probably not true. It’s probably a synth manipulated to go haywire, but it’s way more entertaining to think about a flabby red balloon having its moment in front of the mic.
