Listen to “Say No More,” a New Single from Subb-an and Starving Yet Full

Yesterday we were nice enough to post Azari & III’s last ever live set, recorded live at Manchester’s Warehouse Project in the UK. Honestly you should probably download that shit to a super-encrypted, indesctructible hard drive and bury it in a time capsule along with Sasha’s first vinyl, one of Moodymann’s shoelaces, and a hair follicle from Seth Troxler’s left sideburn. Because it’s a big deal.

After listening to this recording and reminiscing over the career of this fabulous Canadian quartet, the same question was on many of our minds: what’s next for the various members of Azari & III? Well ladies and gentlemen, today we can complete a tiny piece of that puzzle for you. In what might be their most high-profile release of 2014, Crosstown Rebels is preparing to drop a brand single from British producer Subb-an and Azari vocalist, Cedric Gasaida, formally known by his stage name—Starving Yet Full. The grooving deep house track was co-written by Subb and Ced and features some straight-up sultry vocals from the latter. We’re not sure what’s up with the other members of this famed deep house super group, but if this track is any indication— you should keep your heads up and ears open.
