Toronto Police have released graphic video of a man shot and killed shortly after leaving a private party at a restaurant co-owned by Drake.
Toronto Police say that Jaiden Jackson, 28, was shot over 20 times on the ramp of an underground parking garage while walking to his car after leaving downtown Toronto restaurant, Pick 6ix. Pick 6ix is co-owned by Drake, his head of security, chef Antonio Park, and Sabah Nissan Group.

In addition to the video, TPS also broke down Jackson’s murder in detail at the press conference where they released the video. Homicide detective, Sgt. Gary Giroux said that Jackson went to Pick 6ix on Sunday and spent several hours at a party going on there before leaving with a young woman (who TPS said is cooperating with police) at 9 PM.
Warning: this video is graphic.
Jackson and the woman were walking towards where he parked his car when a black Honda Civic turned the wrong way down a one-way street. The car passed Jackson and his companion, pulled a U-turn and pulled up to the two. Giroux said that when Jackson saw who was in the vehicle he took off running. Two of the suspects got out of the vehicle and began to chase Jackson while shooting at him. While running Jackson hung a right and turned into a parking garage, at this point Jackson tripped and fell down the ramp. At the press conference, Giroux summed up what happened next.

“Jackson ran down the ramp and he fell, at that point the two suspects catch up to him as well as the suspect driving the Honda Civic,” Giroux said. “All three, at the same time, begin to shoot at Jackson who was lying on the ground.”
Giroux said Jackson was shot over 20 times—TPS blurred out his body in the video during the shooting “out of respect for the family”—he died later at the hospital. After shooting him, the two suspects got into their car, reversed up the ramp and drove away. Giroux said that Jackson was “clearly targeted” and asked for the public’s help identifying the shooters. Cops described the Honda Civic in the video as a black sedan with a sunroof from around 2010 to 2012.
“We’re looking for three extremely dangerous individuals that we want to apprehend as soon as possible,” Giroux said. “They must have been aware that there was video in this area but they don’t seem to be overly concerned about it.”
Giroux added that Pick 6ix is cooperating with police by releasing video surveillance to detectives. Drake has not released a statement in regards to Jackson’s death.
