Solange Knowles and Blue Ivy Carter Go to MOCA Los Angeles

The heir to Beyoncé and Jay Z’s throne, Blue Ivy Carter, went on a cultural outing with Aunt Solange earlier this week to the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles. Clad in shark pj’s, Blue Ivy was particularly transfixed by the light bulb installation of Sturtevant: Double Trouble, a 50-year survey of the work of American artist Elaine Sturtevant. Solange snapped a photo and shared it on her Instagram with the caption, “This little light of yours ….” The group also stopped the new Kahlil Joseph installation, m.A.A.d, a double screen projection that crafts a video portrait of Los Angeles with the accompanying soundtrack by Kendrick Lamar.
