What’s that smell?

Why, that’s the perfume of love in the air. It’s also the smell of surströmming, a powerfully fermented fish that’s been known to actually explode in its native Sweden.

Naturally, I couldn’t keep a gem like this to myself, so I texted a few of my favorite chefs to get their thoughts on how to win at love with this can of fishy stink.
