The Assad regime attacked the town of Khan Sheikhoun again, just days after the deadly gas attack there, inflicting even more misery on a population still trying to get back on its feet.
The latest attacks on Khan Sheikhoun came just hours after the U.S. military launched 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian airfield, the first direct military action the U.S. has taken against the government of Bashar Assad in the six-year-long conflict.
