Still aglow from Lightning in a Bottle’s first ever sellout last month, SoCal production outfit The Do LaB has announced its musical programming for the inaugural Woogie Weekend, to take place July 17-19 just outside of Irvine in Orange County, CA.
The event is set to unveil a second stage from the world of Woogie, and the lineup is a fitting tribute to what has become a home for dark and weird house and techno in Southern California.

Danny Daze, Francesca Lombardo, Henry Saiz, J.Phlip, and Marcel Fengler cap the proceedings, offering a smorgasbord of sonics from across the deeper spectrum. Woogie legend Lee Burridge’s All Day I Dream party series will launch their own stage takeover on the Sunday.
Other notables include a French Express reunion as both Jonas Rathsman and Moon Boots are set to appear alongside appropriately summery house acts like Rüfüs Du Sol and Autograf. They’ll be offset by some weirdness and darkness by The Acid member Adam Freeland, Camea of essential techno label BPitch Control, and NYC tech vet Alexi Delano.
On the underground tip: San Diegan stalwart Jon Dadon will perform alongside Angeleno house legend Marques Wyatt and recent Desert Hearts inductee Tara Brooks.
The Woogie has long maintained one of the most celebrated vibes in the game, and all eyes will be on The Do LaB to see if they can capture lightning in a bottle outside of Lightning in a Bottle.
