About the mix

EXPECT NO LESS is a vinyl-only imprint helmed by ORGASMIC (Sound Pellegrino), founded with the purpose to release only tools and secret weapons for demanding DJs.

The first release by (unknown artist), called XPNL 001 is a limited pressing of 200 copies on clear vinyl, coming out on April 20th for Record Store Day and two days later on Sound Pellegrino’s online store.

This XPNL 001 EP has no official author attached to it, but it seems it has been produced by a well-known French artist currently releasing a lot of music under his official moniker, including an internationally-acclaimed sophomore album.

Future releases will feature many confirmed talents and long-time friends and partners including of course Orgasmic himself, split EPs and collaborations.

For Thump, he has just recorded this exclusive mix with many previews of things to come on Expect No Less and its mother label Sound Pellegrino, plus tracks from friends and the next wave of French producers.
