On the campaign trail, Donald Trump promised he would take a wide range of actions on Day One of his presidency. Technically, Day One was Friday, when he was sworn in as president of the United States. But since Monday was the first full working day of his administration, we’re giving him a second full day to make good on his Day One promises. (Executive actions taken Tuesday, like lifting restrictions on the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, were not considered Day One actions.)
So, how’d he do?

We found that President Trump kept six campaign promises and broke nine. Eight promises fell into the “unclear” category because of the way the orders were worded, such as commitments to “pursue” an action or “begin work” on something.
