In this short episode of VICE Talks Film, host Hannah Ewens meets Jennifer Lawrence, star of Darren Aronovsky’s controversial new film, mother!.
The psychological horror has already divided audiences with its tale of a woman, played by Lawrence, competing for the love and attention of her self-important older poet husband. As he searches for the inspiration he’s lost, more and more strange guests begin arriving at the house, and her insular world becomes a living hell.
