Tonight on IT’S SUPPERTIME!, Matty Matheson pays tribute to his grandfather with steamed clams in a primavera-esque tomato sauce that’s packed with vegetables. It’s a delicate dish for Matty, with poblano, fennel, and yellow squash swimming in a sea of bivalves and fresh herbs.
