Father John Misty's new album, Pure Comedy, is out April 7. He's done plenty of things since the end of January to let you know that. He's released a genuinely entertaining 25-minute short film, defended Nickelback, and figuratively consumed himself in a song about being a white dude with a guitar. Last night he was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, playing the album's title track and debuting a new song. That new song was called "Total Entertainment Forever" and the first line goes as follows:
