Few creative groups have consistently put out as much emotionally satisfying work as Pixar. 20 years ago almost to the day, Pixar made its A-game known with Toy Story, a tale so rich that its characters are just as compelling in its third iteration as the first. Since then, modern classics like A Bugs Life, WALL-E, Finding Nemo, Up!, and this year's Inside Out have continued their reign. On top of that, Pixar has a slew of short films known for making butterflies flutter in your stomach and winning Oscars.Sourcing a segment from Toy Story and WALL-E writer director Andrew Stanton's TED Talk about good storytelling, filmmaker Kees van Dijkhuizen, Jr. has put together a great tribute to the animated films that have rocked our world for the last two decades, called Pixar: 20 Years. Van Dijkhuizen combines the avalanche of familiar faces and narrative wisdom with Michael Giacchino's heartstring-tugging score from Up!, reminding us all how much Pixar kicks ass at making us feel all the feels.Watch Pixar: 20 Years below:See more of Kees van Dijkhuizen, Jr.'s work on YouTube.Related:Peek Inside Pixar’s New All-Access ExhibitionSparks Fly in an Animated Tribute to ImaginationSupercut Organizes Classic Pixar Films Into The Colors Of The RainbowExplore The Hidden Math Behind Your Favorite Pixar Movies
