McDonald’s Will Soon Let You Buy Big Mac and McChicken Sauce at the Grocery Store

I had a friend at journalism school who was my McDonald’s super bud. We’d hit the nearby arches before, during or after school on many (most?) occasions, throwing any health cautions to the wind as we gorged ourselves with the confidence of two women enjoying an early 20s rapid metabolism. Our only dietary point of contention was our burger preference. My palette was as yet immature and I craved the simpler things in life, like cheeseburgers and chicken mcnuggies. She on the other hand was a devout McChicken’er which she always ordered with extra sauce. So much extra sauce. Her car was overflowing with packets of that glorified mayo in such a hoarder extreme that I can only assume she was collecting for the apocalypse.

Now finally weirdos like her don’t have to secretly stock up, as McD’s recently announced they’re selling that sweet McChicken spread, along with Big Mac secret sauce (it’s Thousand Island dressing) and Filet O’Fish sauce (no thank you) at Canadian grocery stores in the very near future.

“With this launch, Canadians will now be able to experience the world famous sauces they love at home,” spokesperson Adam Grachnik told the Huffington Post.

Yes, fellow Canadians, this spring you too will be able to slather a bunch of mayo and jacked up tartar on everything you eat! Why limit your choices to the drive-thru when you can bring the culinary pain home with you. The fast food chain will partner with Kraft Heinz to make sure our caloric intake is always at max capacity.

As at total aside, one serving of Big Mac sauce has 105 calories and 11 grams of fat.

But of course, *guitar solo* we don’t eat McDonald’s because it’s good for us, we eat it because we hate ourselves, I mean it tastes good.
