NICK CLEGG TALKED SOME SHIT

(Via.)

Nick Clegg made up his mind this weekend that he didn’t like David Cameron’s decision to veto the EU treaty. This was following his sleepy-eyed indecision on Friday morning, having been woken at 4am to the news of Mr Cameron’s “bulldog” decision. He now thinks that what his Prime Ministerial colleague has done wasn’t “bulldog” at all, but that it left Britain “isolated and marginalised”.

He didn’t stop with criticising the UK premier either, he also blamed French and German “intransigence” and Eurosceptic MPs. He attempted to unmake all the poweful friends he’s made in the last year and a half of parliament by saying, “I don’t think that’s good for jobs, in the City or elsewhere; I don’t think it’s good for growth or for families up and down the country.” He also said that it would make Britain “a pygmy in the world.” Other Lib Dems were up in arms as well, with reports, later denied that Vince Cable was to resign.

Although, he later clarified that “The negotiating position David Cameron took on Thursday night and Friday morning was agreed in advance with the Lib Dems,” he’s still not happy about it.

In other news: I discovered that forced marriages aren’t already a criminal offence in the UK. WTF guys?

SOME CELEBRITIES MADE A SONG TO PROMOTE A CAUSE THEY REALLY BELIEVE IN

Kanye West, Macy Gray, Alicia Keys, The Guy From Black Eyed Peas Whose Name I Don’t Know How To Spell, Kim Kardashian, and a bunch of other people who probably lose a lot of money to file-sharing websites got together to raise awareness of one of the most tragically-ignored causes in today’s society; the speed and efficiency of the file-sharing website Megaupload.
