It’s been a while since we’ve done one of these quizzes, but honestly there just hasn’t been a corker quite as deserving of the group treatment until now. So here’s the conundrum: Which is the bigger dick move on the part of the police, tazing a naked crazy man and causing him to fall to his death, or charging a clothed drunk man for farting at an officer in lieu of a breathalyzer? We know this might seem pretty cut and dry, but bear in mind that the naked guy was armed with a lightbulb and was also naked, and that there’s no audio/visual/nasal evidence in the farting case to attest to the awfulness or pertinacity of the blast. Oh, and the fart guy was evidently ripped and driving with his lights off. Vote below.
